And I am back with part two of this blog. This part is about "dads" who come in and out of their daughters life and try to be the best role model but then leave for months at a time. That daughter does not have the constant role of a father and no one to look up to.
Not having the father as I have mentioned before is really hard. When you have a father that jumps in and out of your life it is even worse because it is like a tease. You have your dad sometimes and can build a relationship with him but then he just disappears. These types of situations can be very hard one girls because they do not know if they can trust guys in general because of what their dad has done. Your dad is usually one of the first men that you trust, and when you can not trust your own dad then how could you wrap your head around trusting another guy in general.
This can be a traumatic experience for some girls and they would just not know what to do. I think at the end of the day a father should realize how his decisions effect others especially their daughters.
Thats is it for this week!

"Dads" Part 1
I purposely used the quotes around the word dad. This post is a two part post and the other half will go up next week. This part is about "dads" who step into father figures in daughters life and the child is not biological his. Then the second half of the post will be "dads" who are fathers and are apart of a girl's life when they want to be.
This part is about dads who will father children when they are not even his. It is amazing to see fathers who jump into kids life for the sake of them being safe and living a happy life. Like I have mentioned before the men who decide that they are going to help kids no matter what the situation is it is awesome to see men doing something to selfless and only thinking about the kid's life. To be out there and help kids in those situations is really great for them because we you should be a role model for them. We all have had out role models and at some point they were even your mom and dad. A dad does not have to biological father. It is the man who takes care of you when you need it.
One good example of this "dad" is Philip Banks on the show Fresh Prince of Belair. Philip was will's uncle and through the TV series you see that Philip is a strong man in Will's life because that becomes his father. Philip acts like a father by discipling Will and showing him the right direction in life. He also gives will hope that he can make it through anything. Inspiring children like that is important because who knows what those kids might grow up to be.
SO thats all for this week make sure you come check back next week for new stuff! Next week is "Dad": Part 2. Thankks

Step Dads
AND I'm back! Today's blogs is about step dads. I don't personally have a step dad and so I will share stories about my friends step dad's.
So I have one friend from high school who does not live with his mom but his step dad. So his story was that his mom and her son with Man#1 then things with his mom and Man#1 did not really work out. So mom went on the hunt for another guy and found Man#2. They all had a nice life together and then the mom started doing things like drugs and alcohol. So that caused mom and Man #2 to split while the mom got her things sorted out. This caused the son to have to live and move again but he really didn't like his new school. He wanted to go back and live with his step dad because he liked that school better and it was a safer environment for him. So while his mom was in rehab he lived with his step dad. To this day the mom is out of rehab but the son does not live with the mom he still lives with his step dad.
This story is a upsetting story but it does have a positive outcome. This type of step dad completely filled a strong father role in my friends life. He was an awesome step father and it really helped out with this child who was not even his. It takes a certain type of person to do that and Man #2 was strong enough to handle that situation and supply for that kid.
Though I do not have any crazy stories about bad step dads I have had heard some stories about men who are step dads that do not even talk to their new step daughters. That is not a good thing because that daughter or son does not have that need of a father filled. Every girl wants to have an Ariel and King Neptune relationship.
So that is it for today everyone I can't wait till next week and I will have a new topic for you guys! I have a quote for you guys to close this entry:
"It takes a strong man to accept somebody else's children and step up to the plate another man left on the table...." -Ray Johnson
Okay I'll talk to you later you guys

Where's Daddy?
Hello everyone and this blog post this week is about the absent fathers. Some absent fathers ran away when the baby was still young, and gave up on the family that he could of had. When a father does this he is only thinking about himself and not about the daughter he is leaving behind. It hurts the daughter so much when something like this happens. A father is suppose to be a stable staple in a daughters life.
Juana from Youth Communication wrote a story about her experience. She talks about her story on a very personal level and I think that this is very inspiring of her to do that. This shows what goes through a daughters head when all this craziness is happening.
Today, there is a foundation call Absent Fathers and it helps people cope with this issue.
Tell me your stories and comment below! Sorry for the short post but I hope you come back and read more
Thanks
Love
